morning trainings are just sheer torture.but somehow today was the worst.. so far. i have a feeling it might get worse in the future hmm. it dragged till 12+ and we were already dying cos it was bloody hot and i think we only had 2 water breaks or max maybe three from 8 to 12. i swear i felt so dizzy i cant think straight omg i dont think i can survive if it drags till 2. is it even legal to train at at noon? i thought it wasnt cos of the sun and what skin cancer stuffs. *shrugs* oh well. all i know is it sucked and my hits sucked too (izyan's the witness). blahhh AND I GOT SUNBURNT. i havent got sunburnt since i was like erm sec 1. that;s how mean the sun was today hmmph.

anyway aft trg abandoned plans to go NYP for lunch. in the end, went to Notre Dame de Paris :)) hai i've fallen in love with musicals all over again. i loved it :D the vocals are to die for, tarik wooh tak nak kalah ah (esp Gregoire omg i can just melt.) and music was whoaaa. love love love love. well the catch is you have to either read the subtitles or watch them act -- you cant do both. so sometimes i get so engrossed in the dancing (got this guy 8-pac woi. yes half the guy dancers were topless)and singing i forgot to read what they're dancing and singing about -_-. BUT who cares if its french, i still love love love. makes me regret not catching other musicals like Grease, Rent, The Banquet and Forbidden City. damn. nvm next yr, POTO a must. (: yay. but i turned up like a madwoman with a fashion crisis. blue hairband blue specs purple shirt and jeans :P

okay enough blabbing. alrights yesterday was tiiiriing cos

1. it is proven once again i have absolutely no sense of direction whatsoever. if you put me in jurong and told me i was in Chinatown odds are i'd believe you. i got lost on my way to hougang. i thought i overshot but ended up stopping earlier la. paiseh paiseh.

2. travelled all the way to hougang to run 6km on the treadmill. like wahh i got treadmill at home that i use right . so i can just run if i want to eventually. hmm.

3. i watched this nonya-aunty go on the treadmill uphill-style at the speed of 9.6 at least 3 times! 20 minutes each time. madaunty! uphill leh. xinmei say can damage knee tsktsk. i look at her i get tired for her. hai.

4.oh oh I AM A LOUSY HOST. iz, warda and i rushed to mcs jalan raya but i only managed to go nash's hse. like 10 min at my hse i had to abandon my guests and go for piano lesson. SORRY ATI IZ WARDA for leaving you alone to be the only ip girls/ girls-plus-ash haha. blahh anyway then i thought i was gonna be late so i called a cab but in the end i cancelled it. how?? like this

me: hello, i called earlier but i wld like to cancel the cab.
operator: okay. but why?? (like those raise-eyebrow tone)

HELLOOO you think i want to anyhow2 call then cancel2 izzit. wahh so fun right. wahlao if i wanna prank call i wld rather call pizza hut and send 293 pizzas to your house la sheesh. kan best. then this gundu taxi still come in front my hse and refuse to budge cos nobody told him it was cancelled.

3. aft piano wanted to join them but my family wanted to go out. came back at 11++ and zonked. but i heard they came back at 12? tsktsk poor things.

OKAY headache from the extreme temperatures i experienced today. freezing and boiling ah wooh. not bad not bad. see my fingers are hyperly typing but im actually half-dead. okay dah. bye.
